Not a lot, but it was pretty densely packed where it had accumulated. the code went away after we reset the dryer, but i am sure that is only a temporary reprieve. The drum that holds all your clothes is resting on this section as well so just be mindful that stuff may slip a bit as you remove the door. I cleaned and reinstalled it while waiting for the new one to arrive.
